you are right debaser, i had very little to eat today, no lifting today, pissed off at the world so i stuffed myself. i prefer a big bowl of oatmeal with protein powder and some eggs. you are right about the carbs though. i know better. you can only go so long on meal replacements
Wish I had been serious about eating and lifting when in college - the freshman meal plan was basically three meals a day at a cafeteria which was a buffet.... (although the food did mostly suck there was a lot of it)
