Doesn't beat the yankee game... was 4-4 come the top of the 9th and hideki hits a walk-off solo shot to win the game. :)

more likely the giants or dbacks. braves will fold as usual

It's in their blood to do so... LoL

This is the best thread ever.... talking about food and baseball... can't get better.

I have to interject and I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but...

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a "clean" bulker. But I try not to eat total junk. sinjin in all that food you had a ridiculous amount of sugar and NO healthful carbs. I prefer to bulk like this (I work at a restaurant so the following meal is somewhat common):

14 oz ribeye steak or KC strip
Loaf of wheat bread (about the size of 2 or 3 fists)
Enormous Baked potato stuffed with chicken, cheese, broccoli, butter etc...
Tall glass of milk

Whereas a "clean" meal might be something like:

2 large chicken breasts
2 baked potatoes, almost dry
Large glass of skim milk

It's pretty easy to enjoy the top one. The second one I would probably start to lose my appetite about halfway through.
