Its quite possible you have such a high metabolism that by substituting protein shakes into a major part of your diet your cutting off alot of the fats and carbs your body previously used a fuel? Can try tossing in another 500 calories of "whole" foods. If that does not work try 1000. If you need to go above that, woo boy might need to get a 2nd stomache.
Do you use soap with the sponge to clean the grill??
If I have such a high metabolism then my bodyfat % should be dropping by now... instead it's just weight... not even sure anymore if it's just water weight ... or muscle now?
I don't think I'd want to add more calories though... I'm trying to get cut..
