I am training 5 days a week and trying to do cardio in the morn everyday of the week. I am dieting down for the summer and want to know if it is ok to take in some simple carbs after "just" cardio. I always take in simple carbs (carb fuel mixed with scoop of protien) after workouts. I was wondering should I still be doing this if I want to be losing fat. Thanks- Rojan
