Yeah like, once a week the most. Taco Bell. That's it. Nothing else. It's nasty. I feel like shit after I eat it too. I feel healthy, whole, and ready to go when I have my raw oats. Mmm, bland nutrition. Fuckin' A.
I eat fast food about 3 times per year. I'll hit up taco bell the day before starting my cutting diet, and usually hit the fast food a couple while on vacation once a year. Thats it.
If i have to eat fast food (usually 2-3 times a week on lunch break) ill eat chicken nuggets from wendys... nuggets are relatively low in carbs and have a bunch of protein which justifies them in my mind. I would never eat a sandwhich from any of those places though. Too much white bread.

fuck man also there are like aktins vending machines too so dont worry about the carbs
unless you are getting ready for a bb contest, there are items u can enjoy at a fast food place with the health food being such a craze and inc's all about marketing healthy items..
