fast food is incredibly bad for you. everyone knows this but for some reason we have accepted it as a normal routine. lazy parents feeding their kids pizza and mcdonalds to shut them up

i eat mcdonalds and junk food 1 time per week, do it and enjoy
I have some clients who eat trash and still look good. they have those genetics to get away with it.
bro i eat only fresh off ranch. even on tanker i pack own food

fast food is bad for health....avoid it as much as you can......
You will get a lot of different opinions on the idea of cheat meals or cheat days. In the end, the less you eat fast food, the better.

I cook and meal prep all my foods and generally don’t eat out. However, when I’ve been on track, cutting consistently for several weeks and it’s time for a cheat meal, a McDonalds double quarter pounder no cheese and a muffin from Dunkin are one of my go to’s because it’s so caloric dense.
So for me I eat fast food once, sometimes twice a month.
