I cook and meal prep all my foods and generally don’t eat out. However, when I’ve been on track, cutting consistently for several weeks and it’s time for a cheat meal, a McDonalds double quarter pounder no cheese and a muffin from Dunkin are one of my go to’s because it’s so caloric dense.
So for me I eat fast food once, sometimes twice a month.
