I still get fast food all the time even when i'm dieting more strictly, BUT i make good choices and the real bad stuff is rare. If i don't treat myself once a week then i feel so deprived. When I say good choices, I mean like McD's Grilled Honey Must Wraps with a (99cent no cheese) burger. Every now and then i'll stop and get two Egg McMuffins for breakfast with no hashbrowns. I love those damn things. Although the mcd's on the way to work just hired some girl that has a beard, so good for my diet!
