food no longer comforts me, it's about what my body needs, and something is better than nothing.
Wendys: Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Wrap, or a plain Triple - never get cheese.
BK: Whopper's, Jr's, Doubles, Triples, again no cheese, no mayo.
McD's: sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, no cheese...I have the nuggets if I hit em for lunch.
Chik-Fil-A: I rather have the original breast than the grilled because the sodium affects me more than the fat content.. Fat = Calories aka Energy aka Fuel for Growth.
Subway: WW, Breast, All the greens, no dressings, mayo, etc..or cheese.
I go to other restaurants that are semi-fast food but they are more like chicken kitchens, and and shorty's bbq, etc.. so I do have lean options, I also eat a lot of cuban restaurants (im in miami) and they have shit like rice and beans, dead grilled animals, steamed veggies, etc..
I think there is too much hype on the types of breads, and the sugar content blah blah blah.. Cut out the excess fat, mayo, cheese, dressings, etc.. 30g of protein from lean beef, should be about the same as 30g of protein from ground raccoon toes feel me? I may be wrong, and the Tren could be skewing my opinion.
