Do you eat stuff that taste like crap because it's "good for you"?

Been trying to eat Pink Salmon because in rich in Omega 3's. Tried with rye bread, spinach, tomatoes, and spicy mustard ... it's still be rough. :worried:

I prefer the wheat bread, been eating it my whole life so that helps. Yeah tuna is nasty. I don't eat it, ever. I don't really like any fish either, cept the ones that are white (like catfish, orange ruffie) and that don't smell/taste like fish. If you want healthy fats look no further than a bottle of flax oil

Yea, but after a while, you learn to like it, i remember when i almost threw up on my first protein shake, lol, now i dont go a day without atleast one.

LOL, I don't think I'll ever learn to actually enjoy/like tuna. It's not really the taste that gets to me, it's the smell and knowing what I'm eating.

ive actually gotten used to lentils and barley, canned salmon outta the can, brussel sprouts... salads with no dressing etc... all in the name of bodybuilding... i even eat my oats without any sweeteners.
