do u guys get in shape before a cyle?

i dont personally but i do try and be in pretty good shape when i start or best i can be because my opinion is that if your using the juice then ur either in need of quick weight and strengh or you have already reached your maximum naturally potential so why waste two weeks of that cycle getting in shape but then again what do i know lol

Aside from a little less cardio (maybe) and some cheat meals, I don't stray much being on or off as to not get too far out of "cycle shape"....this way I have a better starting point for the next cycle..

I like to be under 20%... Most here will say thats to high but for me its easy to get that down while on.. Im 37 years old tho if i was young say 26 id deff get in pretty good shape all the way around before jumping on... Jmho

Ill diet up a couple months before i start my cutting cycle, and ill start to prepare myself for lifting heavy again during my bulk.

I should get into shape 10%ish before I start my next cycle. This 20% bs sucks!

for the first month before a cycle, i cut out junk foods and cheat meals, replace them with all clean foods, complex carbs (rice, pasta whole grains, etc), add a few am cardio sessions a week. second month is just like the first except i start measuring out the weight of my protein sources and start using measuring cups for carb, sources. then i start the cycle, usually a 3-4 month cycle and the real dieting comes into effect.

what i mean is do u have a border for how high bf u can have before starting a cycle?

I always try to stay under 15% BF. I think BF% should be under control to a certain level before a cycle.

Depends on what your goals are. I try to get as strong as i can and make sure my lifts are at, or near my best before starting out. When cutting down, i aim to get the diet and cardio going slowly. I find if i drastically change my cal intake too quickly my body will feed on those hard earned muscles....killer.
