Do I still need to eat like a horse?

I've just finished my cycle. I gained 25lbs

Is it still necessary to eat like a horse, or is clomid sufficient enough to keep some gains?

It was hard enough trying to eat 250g of protein a day while I was on. I hope it's not the same now that i'm off. Otherwise this would make bodybuilding a full time job!

I have other things going on in my life like work!, and just can't afford to keep buying protein shakes and weight gainers, as well as a ton of tuna fish!
 
It's not a full time job.... but you can't just go back to the couch and think you'll kept everything...

Eat clean, w/o on a regular basis, protein shakes after a w/o won't break your wallet..... and you should be fine

But stay with the way you have been eating until after the clomid

Bro I got some news for you....bodybuilding is a lifestyle, especially if you use AS and want to keep gains. You must continue to eat 1 to 1.5 g or protein per pound of lbm and a good amount of carbs. Plan you meals and eat at least every three hours and use a timing diet for after training with glutamine and creatine...this will help...Wish you the best of luck!
 
keep your calories high while you run clomid, when you are done with clomids bring the calories down to 15-16cals per lb of bodywight, keep them as clean as possible

Force yourself to keep the cals high and train heavy (albiet with less volume) for 3-4 weeks post-cycle. Really helps to keep the gains. Next time I am going to also use slin post-workout during this period.
