Quick update peeps!! Training so far so good again had to switch around some stuff to make it easier on my tendon (elbow) I would say also after two weeks at light shrugs instead of hitting my usual 130kg that my trap feels 85% better so hope to get it to 100% then go bk up weight. I've been doing resistance for my Delts in stead of side lat raises as at a heavy weight they killed me. My squat has gone up to 214 lbs but working at going a lil lower before adding any more. Will post up numbers in a couple weeks.
