Ok Fellas. I just finished up some personal problems with some debt ( i bought a amazing car and blew the engine within the first month, but not after maxing out all credit cards and stuff like that before the engine replacement! Did i mention im 18? lol )
My gym got closed about a month ago after i signed up for a whole yr and only got to use it for a 1.5 months. So now that my finances are settling back, i am going to be joining another gym.
Also, for the time being i will be jumping rope in the monring again since it is beautiful out. Summer time is here.
Cardio+Diet is key and jumping rope feels so good it feels like a complete body workout. Plus i know i burns a decent amount of Cals too! AM CARDIO BABY HERE I COME! HERE I COME GOALS!

DROP TO 160LBS with LOWER BF THEN NOW
WHEN I HIT 9% BF BULK UP TIME
SO I WANT TO BE 170-175 LEAN.
Looking to be 9%BF By NEW YEARS!
I AM GOING TO BE 9%BF BY NEW YEARS!
I want to look GOOD. I DO WANT ABS(REASON FOR 9%BF)!!!
BUT i dont want to look scrawny. I WAS FAT so ALOT of people CAN REALLY tell the difference in my weight loss. I still want to maintain a good physique with good strenght, and good decent size.
As for my pictures i think my chest will look good when fully developed.
As for the Lifestyle channge im really enjoying it. I feel healthier i get up earlier and easier. Move quicker, just not as lazy. And that makes me feel great.
BUT im wondering what would a decent weight for me to be. i know my goals is 170-175 9%BF how would i look? I would love to be 180 LBM. but 170-175 Sounds more reasonable.
