Diet to build muscle

I've been going to the gym for nearly 2 years sir.

All that happened is i shed some weight, which was my primary aim. But after shedding the weight, what was underneath is not what i want. I need now to bulk up my arms and pecs (basically tidy up what's left). That's why i'm really conscious eating loads of calories, because i did work very hard increasing my fitness and losing the weight, and i don't want to pile it back on. That's the one reason i obsess over cardio, to keep the fat off.

I considered some steroids, but i've been advised to tackle other issues, mainly my diet and techniques before starting a cycle.

Oh okay. Cool then. Well when you change up your routine you should feel the difference immediately and see some huge changes in a few weeks. Don't worry about the calories. If the calories are coming from good foods and you train hard then you have nothing to worry about. Trust me. Taking a more active weight traning approach is the way to go for losing fat. Cardio burns too much muscle, although it burns fat too it isn't the best way to do it. Cardio only leads to that flabby look no one wants. Let us know how it goes.
