I am currently in to the following cycle:

wk 1-5 Sus-250 500mg/wk
wk 6-10 Sus-250 750mg/wk
wk 1-5 Deca 500mg/wk
wk 6-10 Deca 800mg/wk
wk 1-??? hGH 4IU/day, 5on-2off
wk 1 25mcg T3
wk 2 50mcg T3
wk 3 - 4 75mcg T3
wk 5 50mcg T3
wk 6 25mcg T3

6 trex/day
2gm CLA with each meal
200mg rALA with each meal

A basic diet is as follows:

Meal 1:
4 egg omlette with Bacon, onions and ham

Meal 2:
Small Green Salad
1 Isopure Zero Carb RTD

Meal 3:
1 can chicken breast w/zero carb mayo

Meal 4:
1 Isopure Zero Carb RTD

Workout

Meal 5:
1 Isopure Zero Carb RTD

Meal 6:
Steak or Hamburger
little bit stir-fryed veggies

Normal weight training. Sometimes it is hight intensity. 30-40 minutes Cardio a day.

How does it look? DO I need to add more Fat? If so, what would be good choices for fat? Anything else I should change to this plan?

i personally don't like the diet at all. can i ask what you are preparing for? looks like a serrrrrrrious cut...no carbs in there at all basically, and no fats. no veg, no fruit. nothing. kinda scary in my opinion.
 
Are you doing a CKD? If so it looks like protein is way to high and fat is way too low.

if you are attempting to low carb it goto www.c-k-d.com for advice.

I would add flax oil to 4 of those meals.....
