I am on a fatloss-diet. You guys write that you shouldn´t eat carbs on the evening. I do weighttraining on the evening. shouldn´t I eat something with both proteins and carbs after my workout?
Is it too much to eat 3 cans of tuna every other day? I mean if it is unhealthy to eat that much tuna. Do you know any other healthy proteins, besides tuna and chicken, that I can eat on my diet. Is it bad to eat yogurt when I´m on the diet? I eat oatmeal and drink proteinshake for breakfast. I think that yoghurt and muesli taste better than oatmeal.

1) Carbs in the evening are fine as long as they fit into your daily calorie totals. Center them around your workout to get the best partitioning effects.

2) Tuna's fine.

3) Proteins = fish, turkey, egg whites, cottage cheese, protein powder

4) You can eat yogurt. See Point 1.

Carbs are not the enemy, long as they're low GI such as oats, brown rice, and we're not talking about post workout shake.

And what happens if they are high GI? (Let's assume a caloric deficit and adequate protein and EFA intake.)
