Diet Question

I'm on a maintenance/slight bulk diet. I'm 25 yrs old 165 lbs...My daily calorie intake is 3082...483 g Carbs, 251 g Protein, 38.5 g Fat...That's 59%/30%/11%. Is this a good split? Am I getting enough fats? How's the Protein-Carb Ratio?

Also, I notice I'm getting 58.5 g of fiber. Is this too much? I read somewhere too much fiber can effect nutrient absorption, so I'm just curious

Not nearly enough fats in there... throw in more ANPB, almonds any nuts, some olive oil and some fats from milk and cheeses... your body needs fats also some Omega 3 caps are good

Rogue, thanks for the reply. After doing some searching around the site I see a popular C/P/F Bulk Ratio is 40/40/20 so I've adjusted accordingly to experiment with this ratio on myself. Thanks for your advice.

K, I appreciate everyone's advice. I've upped my protein and fats and lowered my carbs...Now I'm roughly at 45/35/20 (C/P/F). I'll test this a week or so and see how it works. I was sick of eating so many carbs and craving more meat anyways so I'm glad. Does this ratio seem alright to everyone?
