I keep my calories about the same on workout and non-workout days. My only difference is that on non-workout days, I'll consume less carbs then I would on workout days...
i train hard 5-6 days a week so i eat the same amount, sometimes more on non training days just to refuel me for when i get back in the gym to bust a gut
