I would give the anabolic diet a good read. It is no longer in print but can be downloaded in PDF format when searched in google

Sounds interesting if you are.. may consider it after 4 months in the gym (mid summer) and make it a long-term goal hopefully.

Would require a few days to plan it all out though and it's meals, etc. But looks hella interesting!.. provided it actually works..
 
Cut the carbs man, if the goal is to drop bf you need to get those carbs down. Besides that, keep your protein high, fats moderate (good fats bro!) and low carb. Try going nothing below 100g, then 60g, then 30g. From week to week

I did needto's 6 six fat loss challenge and lost nearly 22 pounds (195-173) and the anabolic diet is the closest to what needto gave me that I've seen so giving it a whirl to see what a recomp I can get.

That sounds awesome. I didn't know he had a diet. He suggested I use fitday's software. Which looks interesting also.
