7:00pm 1 Can Tuna 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans
9:00pm Protein Shake 1+1/2 scoop
10:00pm 10 oz Rinsed Ground Beef and 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans
