Goal: Add lean mass and gain strength
BMR w/ TDEE multiplier: 2760 calories

7:00am 6 whole + 2 egg whites
10:00am 1/2 Cups Oats & 1 Scoop Protein Blended, 2 TBSP All Natural PB
1:00pm Steak Salad w/ 3 egg whites and Ranch dressing
4:00pm 1/2 cup Almonds & 0% Greek Yogurt
7:00pm 1 Can Tuna 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans
9:00pm Protein Shake 1+1/2 scoop
10:00pm 10 oz Rinsed Ground Beef and 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans

Cals 3285
Pro 290.6 36%
Carb 139.3 17%
Fat 166.6 46%

Anything I should add or remove? BF estimate?

get some carbs into your breakfast/7 am meal. One of the best ways to put on lean mass is to manipulate your carb intake. You will want to eat the majority of your carbs at the meals where your body most needs them (breakfast and post workout)
 
7:00am 6 whole + 2 egg whites
+add: 4 egg whites , 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 tbsp. MCT oil

10:00am 1/2 Cups Oats & 1 Scoop Protein Blended, 2 TBSP All Natural PB
+make that 1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of protein

1:00pm Steak Salad w/ 3 egg whites and Ranch dressing
+6 egg whites , how big is your steak?

4:00pm 1/2 cup Almonds & 0% Greek Yogurt
+1 cup almonds + 1 scoop of whey protein

7:00pm 1 Can Tuna 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans
+2 cans of tuna instead of 1

9:00pm Protein Shake 1+1/2 scoop
+2 scoops minimum

10:00pm 10 oz Rinsed Ground Beef and 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, 1/4 cup kidney beans
+add 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 cups of steamed veggies

**To bulk, you have to eat. You're eating clean, so you won't have an issue.

P.S. since you're bulking, are you using HCGenerate?
 
Looks good, thanks for the advice. I'm going to have to slowly introduce that many additional cals into my diet over a few weeks because I don't think I can eat that much additional food overnight and I don't want to eat too much too fast.

What benefits will HCGenerate add while bulking?
