I just saw this at the grocery store. Each 12 oz can provides 15% of the USRDA of magnesium and zinc, from sulfate and gluconate(not oxide). Two mineral most Americans are deficient in. It also has, 25% of teh USRDA for Niacin,B6 and B12.

Doesn't taste too bad.

Our bartender was serving that crap the other day. Sad, sad world we live in. I"m sure 90% of America will be like, "Oh cool!! Now I can drink one of these with a cupcake and it's all good! No need to take vitamins anymore either!! YAY!!!"

Actually considering the rumor that coke can dissolve nails and shit... makes you wonder if the vitamins remain intact after adding them. I know some are not water soluable.

More and more studies suggest vitamins aren't readily absorbed via supplements.

Best to get your requirements through your diet.
