Deca Bloat!!

My girlfriend is on her second cycle that consists of Deca @ 50mgs/week. Right now she is in week 3 and she has put on about 11 lbs. I'd have to say about 7 of it is H20. Her face, tummy, legs and rear are packed with water now. She doesnt like it because she thinks she looks fat. What can we do about this? I have some femara lying around, can she take that? What about OTC diuretics?
