Day after sqauts...cant be good

Actually its been about 3 days since I last did sqauts but the day after I noticed I may have injured myself. I have this dull, aching pain in the lower part of my back on the right side, it feels as though somthing is sticking me. Its not a muscle sorness pain, its "sharper" if that makes any sense.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be, I know I cant really get a good idea since its over the internet and Im going to the doctor asap but Im just trying to prep myself for whats wrong.
 
maybe just a minor strain? i strain lots of things, probably something every other week or so. most of the time it's fine within a week at the most. if not, then i'd get it checked
 
i would get your right ear lobe checked out as soon as possible.

for real, haven't experienced anything like this in the lower back before, but i have read on here about people having that same kind of pain their upper back and most people suggest that it's a pinched nerve of some sort. could just be a muscle strain though. stay away from deads and squats for a while. if you haven't taken any time off from the gym in 2-3 months, now might be a good time to take a week's break.

I woke up this morning and my entire lower-back is SO STIFF, it also becomes stiff when attempting to lift just about anything regardless of weight. Im hoping it is just a strain but I really doubt it
 
hmm..that cant be good. get it checked out if you can, preferably by somebody who knows their stuff
