Day 2 of DC training sent my partner home puking

Just finished the leg day of DC training. One tough workout. I havent gone for 20 reps on squats in a while and Id never done squats after hams. I had a hell of a pump only using 225 on squat, definitely have to increase the weight there but the pain I went through was worth watching my workout partner collapse in the locker room and puke everywhere.

I tried the 100reps today, nmot that that has anything to do witgh DC.

20reps in the legpress(falure), then 10reps same weight to failure

lower weight and went for 20 reps, then 10, lowered then 20reps and then 10reps(or if it was 8..) and then 10 more or so. I thought I was going to die. I didn't eat just before so I didn't puke. I needed a good 10 minutes strech post that to be able to walk. I couldnä't stand up from the legpress so I rolled on the floor over to a madrass and streched like never before.. :)
 
Geez that must have been killer. The highest Ive gone is 25 reps and that was a sick burn I couldnt imagine drop sets for 100 reps. I guarentee that one shocked the hell out of your body.

Thats some serious business!!! Its a tough program. . .its made me green a few times!
 
My highest reps have been in the 40s....100 reps - PUKE!
