I was hoping you could look over my workout/ diet and let me know what your thoughts are. I also have weekly photos and a pretty flimsy fit day journal (although my diet doesnt fluctuate too much day to day).

I really respect your opinion and dont want to waste too many days dieting and exercising without the results that a few tweeks could bring.

Would be glad to - I will be out of town this weekend, but HOPEFULLY will have some down time Saturday and I can check in with you. If not then, then I'll try to catch up with you Sunday evening when I come back.

Heres a bit of what I would like reviewed (pictures available via email or IM).

Cardio = 40 minutes treadmill, 4.0mph, 3.0 incline
5 mornings a week

This week I began taking T-Rex: One caplet in the morning - post cardio since there is no time to eat before my morning cardio. One additional caplet at about 5pm if I plan to do evening weights.

I am 5' 10. My start weight was 158 and I am at about 148 as of this morning. I began my workout/ diet on January 5. I usually do one or two MAJOR cheat days a week and drink enough to feel a hefty buzz on those days (bad, I know... but I enjoy it).

Anything Im leaving out?
 
One thing quickly, as I am already late for work (nothing new).... TRex in the AM....you don't necessarily ahve to eat a WHOLE meal. It could just be something quick. I get nauseaed if I take it on an empty stomach, but even something like 1/2 piece bread, couple carrots, or 1/2 a protein bar fix that. An apple, handful veggies, couple trees of brocolli, etc....just something to grab quick.
