I weigh 185 lb and used Mr.X's manual to calculate everything.
Day 2: 75%fat / 25% protein - BMR 10%
My calorie results are 1998 cal for Day 2.
I'm trying to divide my daily meals in 4.
The totals below + 1998 cal don't equal up?
Ex. 31g protein x 4 = 124 g ( not 75g protein, which is supposed to be my daily protein intake)
Am I calculating something wrong?
Totals for Day 2: 167g fat / 75g protein
Meal 1-4 (1998 cal divided by 4=500cal)
500cal x .75= 375cal from fat
375 divided by 9=42 g fat
500cal x .25= 125 cal from protein
125 divided by 4= 31 g protein
Totals: 500cal / 42 g fat / 31 g protein
