There's a crossfit clique at my gym It's about 8 guys all come in at th same time literally grab all the bars clear all the benches out and set up a crossfit circle jerk. I get to the gym today first day back after a business trip all weekend I see a sign from he owner saying crossfit is banned at his facility if you are caught doing crossfit routines you will be banned or life. I love m gym again

We only have one squat "cage" rack in my gym which is ridiculous in itself. However people do weird shit in this squat rack like straight 45lb bar curls on balance balls with gloves and weight belts. Squat rack disrespect always gets me heated, especially when I have to wait for these idiots to get out.

I feel ya bro. We have one "squat rack" and one power rack "cage" . Most people either don't go near the squat rack because its in the leg area and no one does any leg exercises other than quad extensions. Or they go set up a bumble fuck military press deal on it.
The cage is over in the main free weight area so there are shit bags all over it all the time doing ridiculous shit.
