cycle food????

to get huge gains do you just eat to eat l;ike anything and everything or is their a proper doiet. i am familiar with post cycle dieting and diets when trying to shred, but this is my first bulking cycle. do i just eat everything or is their a propeer way to diet on cycle

some people say eat clean even while bulking, i say eat everything :)
 
you dont have to eat like a pig to make great gains, your gains would be less yes but more quality.

I always save 1 day every few weeks where I can eat that one awesome thing (I.E. Pizza,hamburger,etc.)

I mean, damn, its to hard to go cold turkey....sometimes you just need that occasional junk food.

meat, rice, potatoes, peanut butter, milk, eggs, etc.
 
a cheeseburger with bacon and lost of ketchup, fuck these soy bean hot dogs. lol....


for this cycle i have determined i am just going to EAT. with minimal awareness. see how it works. my minimal awareness is still going to be crazy to some people since food is habbit forming. lol
 
I cheat once every day. Usually with 4-6 regular hamburgers at McDonald's. The rest of the time, I eat as much clean food as possible. Focusing in on getting as much lean meat, chicken, eggs, dairy products and protein shakes in as possible. Then I get as much clean carbs as possible...rice, oats, potatoes. Then I cheat later on. Works well for me. If I start getting too much fat , I eat the same, but add in some cardio.
