Lee: I have been following a "diet" plan that Hansel posted up in the Diet board for 2wks now. It is a very moderate approach (which I like), and it has been working WONDERS so far. I have definitely dropped bodyfat, yet Im still getting stronger every week. I wouldnt necessarily call it a cutting diet, but it is a healthy approach that has resulted in me getting quite a bit leaner while still maintaining the muscle mass I busted my ass to get. I just time my carbs as best as I can, make sure Im getting in enough protein and fats, and train hard in the gym. So far everything seems to be falling in place rather nicely. You may want to check it out. Hansel suggest doing cardio in combination with this diet, but I have stayed away from cardio and Im still seeing good results. Granted, any change from the way I used to eat would probably result in me leaning up, but it is a nice set up Hansel has and I have been feeling much better all around. Good luck.
