i am 20 years old, 5.6 inches and 190 pounds
so far i have lost 8 pounds in one week from dieting
my diet looks like this( i really dont care for muscle loss , i am more into martial arts and staying lean and strong than anything)
meal 1 : choice 1 1/2-1cup of oatmeal, 1 scoop whey protien 1-1/2 a banana, 1 cup skim milk
choice 2 : 2 slices whole grain toast, 3 eggs, 1 fruit
meal 2: 1 whole wheat tortila or pita bread, lettuce tomato, roast beef , 1 diet green tea
workout
meal 3: 1 cup brown rice , 1.5 pound of 95 percent lean ground beef
meal 4: 3 cups mixed salad with olive oil and vinagar
if i want a snack i usually eat a small piece of fruit or some low fat cheese
i drink 2 liters of water a day
workout 3-4 days a week....and cardio every day of the week for 30-45 minutes
whatcha think am i gna keep cutting up?
