Cutting Diet

I just wanted to ask everyone to critique my eating habits for my cutting cycle (prop, tren, and win). I am 200 pounds on the dot, about 11%bf and 26 yrs old. I am taking in the following:

~250-300G of protein
~150 carbs ----- from dairy, green vegatables and fruit and myoplex
~35G fat ~~~~~ A chunk of that is from flax seed oil and others from protein bars
~2500 calories

Does this look pretty good? Any suggestions or comments would be highly appreciated!

its more like 2115 cals with the 300 gs of protein a day, haha sorry had to calculate it..
that turns out to be 57% protein... 28% carbs .. and 15 % fat

that seems pretty good.. you can even drop the protein a little and add a little more carbs . just make sure what u take in is less than what you brun..

It looks great on paper. But only time will tell. Eat that for 2 weeks. If you don't lose any size in the waist, then it's time to reconsider. I take measurements every two weeks and adjust accordingly. If I'm bulking I want my measurements to go up. If I'm cutting I want them to go down...in certain areas ofcourse. Weight is not a good indicator of progress. Good luck!

I seems to be working pretty well, and I am very regimented. I just wanted to make sure i wasn't selling myself short on the calories. I know how to bulk, but this is my first time cutting.

I use dairy as a base. It is the main ingredient in my diet. It is the perfect food for me.

Milk and cottage cheese are loaded with sugar.

Dry cottage cheese is another story though.

It would not work for me, thats forsure.

I eat cottage cheese like it is going out of style since it is such a good source of protein, and it is quick and easy. Has to have pineapple though :) Also, I add fchocolate milk to my protein pancakes and shakes...

I wouldn't say LOADED. 1 cup of skim milk has 12g of carbs and 9g of protein. Add a scoop of protein powder and you have 34 g of protein and 12g of carbs. hmmm thats about 75/25ratio. Perfect!
