critique my routine?

ive been on a high calorie diet for about hte last 3 weeks and heres how it looks tell me what you all think? i eat 4 whole meals and i am taking a weight gainer shake wwiht about 1190 calories in it and 74 grams of protein i take it aftermy workout and before i go to bed. i work out 4 times a week
sunday-chest-dips and flat bench
monday-biceps, back- curls, concentration curls, and bent over rows, pullovers
tuesday-rest
wed.- legs- squat and deadlift
thursday-shoulders and tricep- military press, and tricep extensions
friday-rest
saturday-rest
ive never really worked out abs ive alwyas just had them but now with this routin there dissapearing a little...how many times a week should i work them out? a friend of mine told me hat i should do about 10-20 min of cardio a week is this right? i thought ectomorphs werent suposed to do that? ive gained about 15 lbs. in the last 3 wks with my routine like this. what can i add or what should i fix? (5'9, 150, 18 yrs.)
 
work abs continously without stopping for 15 minutes every other day.

As for your routine, there isn't alot to it. I would add in some more exercies, and especially your problem areas.

Tell me your problem areas.

Also without knowing your problems areas this is what i would add in:

Chest Day: chest pullovers, flyes, and do some weighted dips

Back/Bi: weighted and or regular wide grip pull ups, seated db curl, wide grip lat pull

Legs: Calf Raises

Shoulders and tris: behind the neck press, farmers walks or shrugs, front raises definately. As for triceps and in reverse tricep extension and some sort of skull crushers
 
chest and wel i only have one exercise for shoulders which is the military press. but why more exercises i thought ectomorphs were suposed to stick to compound movements.
