ive been on a high calorie diet for about hte last 3 weeks and heres how it looks tell me what you all think? i eat 4 whole meals and i am taking a weight gainer shake wwiht about 1190 calories in it and 74 grams of protein i take it aftermy workout and before i go to bed. i work out 4 times a week
sunday-chest-dips and flat bench
monday-biceps, back- curls, concentration curls, and bent over rows, pullovers
tuesday-rest
wed.- legs- squat and deadlift
thursday-shoulders and tricep- military press, and tricep extensions
friday-rest
saturday-rest
ive never really worked out abs ive alwyas just had them but now with this routin there dissapearing a little...how many times a week should i work them out? a friend of mine told me hat i should do about 10-20 min of cardio a week is this right? i thought ectomorphs werent suposed to do that? ive gained about 15 lbs. in the last 3 wks with my routine like this. what can i add or what should i fix? (5'9, 150, 18 yrs.)
