first of all, i am 5'10" 230lbs. i am trying to get my body fat down but not lose much or any size if possible. i am pretty lean through my arms and legs but i have some small love handles and belly. i will post some pics when i figure out how to. i have been concentrating on my diet for about a month now and am wanting some advice.
9 a.m. oatmeal with cup of 2% milk
11 a.m. lift mon wed fri and sat.... play basketball tues thurs sunday for 2 hours full court.
1 p.m. whey protein shake and 6oz chicken breast with green beans or rice or sweet potato or broccoli and cauliflower
4pm snack usually a low fat yogurt or an orange.
7pm dinner usually chicken breast, 93% lean hamburger, salmon, or 12oz ribeye(if im really hungry) with sweet potato or green beans or rice or broccoli and cauliflower.
9 or 10pm a yogurt or orange before bed
