10-12% bf (abs are visible, but not super defined)
I am wanting to cut down another 10 pounds or so. I want to get good definition on my abs before I start bulking again. Here is what I am eating:
I am lifting 5x a week, plus cardio 5x a week. I also run on the weekend (5-10 miles) and am pretty active in general.
