good work

You look good, but I'm with alot of people on this thread if you are 5'10 I give you 200lbs. 5'10 and 230 is thick as hell, you got good muscle development but are not THAT thick. You biceps look to be around 17 inches.

Maybe its just the lighting and the way the picturs are, but regardless if you are 230 or 200 another 20lbs of muscle and you will be one thick SOB, you have an excellent base!!!!

your bi's are kinda weak. Try doing preachers. Lower the weight with the skull crushers and do them properly. I really don't want to be mean but I've gotta be honest... 230 lbs. at 5'10?? You've gotta be joking? It's a joke right? I weight 185 and am 5'10 and I'm bigger than you. I'm only about 5% bf, but come on. If you want to make real improvement, you have to be honest with yourself and with us. Your body is getting there though, don't be discoraged.

yeah, i'm 233 at 5'11'', after cuttnig from 245, and we look entirely different. maybe your scale is way off. i give you 205-210 tops.

thnaks for the replies but i guarantee im 230 im always between 225 and 230 and 2 different scales that is however with shoes shorts and a tee on but that adds what 2 lbs.

Ok bro, here is my critique. First the good points. Nice chest development. Your biceps have a good lower insertions, with a little work they could be your best bodypart. Nice forarms. Your back has a fair amount of thickness & density (do you do heavy deads?). Your rear delts look nice and full, it is a bit hard to tell with the lighting and quality of the pics though.
Your tape & scale are off abit, I would put you around 210. There is no way your arms are 18.5. I agree with Me2, they are closer to 17. Calves maybe 16 (mine are 18 and I'm looking at them now...there is no way yours are 17.5). I would work spend some serious time bringing up your tri's, quads and calves. Your lats could use more width. A little more trap and lateral delt couldn't hurt. Work those pec-delt tie-ins (maybe a pre-exhaustion superset with incline flyes and incline presses?)
Overall you've got decent genetics, and have made good progress so keep it up. Don't take the critiques too seriously. Bodybuilding is a sport of arm-chair critics. Half the guys posting on this thread will probably never sport a pair of 16" arms unless their bodyfat gets over 20%. I admire that fact that you have posted pictures of yourself and asked hundred of people to tell you about your flaws, in an effort to help further improve your body.

arms r around 18.5 cold chest is around 48 waist around 34 (lil wide but like i said as long as i dont start to get a gut i dotn mind untill i hit about 269) quads 27 and calves 17.5. This is all cold and who knows if Im measuring the right places.

there is no way those legs are that size...especially your calves

but good work on the chest and arms

Lookin good bro ... get those chicken legs up to swing! I have the same problem. Best advice is to try to proportion things. Work on week areas. I bet that you NEVER miss or cut short a chest or bi workout. Bring your weaker muscle groups up to swing with the good ones.

Like Arnold said in Pumping Iron ... once he decided that his body was perfect in proportion, whenever he added even a half inch to any muscle, he would have to grow every other muscle in his body just the same to be proportioned well.

Cheers,
Jake

....need more traps and work on your "tie-ins"(where your front delt and upper chest come together). This will give your upper body a much bigger appearance.

What exercises would you recomend for the "tie-ins"?

Try some DEEP SQUATS for those legs. You've got better upper body g rowth than I do, but my legs would blow you away.

Deep squats will kill you and make you cry like a virgin schoolgirl, but it will help!

It'll give you that awesome seperation in the hamstrings as well as reall defined calve muscles.

Other than that, I think that you're looking good and seem to be blessed with good genetics. I unfortunately have a hard time building up my upper body, but I've got legs that most guys at the gym comment on.

Keep it real!
