The only thing I tend to eat in the morning is simple carbs, meaning fruit, sugars, that kind of thing. As far as fat and sodium, I don't believe it makes much difference. I think after school should be fine.
i ahev actually never heard that eating cottage cheese is better in the morning. Were did you get this info?
I have heard about guys eating it right before bed though. They do this because of the casein content. They believe it gets digested so slowly that catabolism will be less of a factor during sleep. I tend to agree with this point.
