I will have to get back to you on the chicken or alternate source of fat. When I did my first show, I distinctly remember eating a boiled chicken breast with flax seed oil on it. It took me an hour to get it down.


I'm eating boiled nasty ass chicken right now :worried: it's so gross, Mrs. dash is the only thing that's getting me through it.

Love the stuff... esp. when all I eat is chicken (b/c I like chicken and not fish...and cant have prime rib or steak everyday)

But you are going to be SO hot on stage, it'll all be worth it!!! ;)

And it tastes worse than it sounds let me tell you... The only thing keeping me focused (food wise) is that delicious meal I'm going to have after the competition is all said and done. Yes i already know what it will be!!!


Linguini with garlic and olive oil, with a grilled chicken breast smothered in a dry tomato and mushroom sauce. Some french bread dipped in olive oil and b. vinegar, caesar salad on the side. And for dessert strawberry cheesecake and death by chocolate brownie cake.

Oh and a bunch of fish cakes(made with salt fish)

Sounds good and all, but word of warning --- ease out of your comp diet over a few days before you start loading like that. You are going to bloat like you've never experienced in your life. The salt & pasta alone.....

And I dont just mean stomach bloat - I mean like your legs are going to retain water like a balloon.

Oh sorry I'm not going to eat that that night, just at some point during the week following.

That night, I'll probably go home have some almond butter and rice cakes and go straight to bed it's going to a long day, and I don't think I'll be in any mood to go to a restaurant. I already know my day is going to start at 4am, and not finish until at least 10pm.

But I will be having that at some point, I'll let y'all know how good it was :)
