Is this a carb rotation or a carb depletion & carb up?
Generally on a rotation you would keep the total cals the same but replace the carb cals w/ fat cals. On a carb depletion & carb up, there's more going on. Do you have an idea of what your meal plan is for the last week?

Actually I've usually heard beef the last few days too.
I will have to get back to you on the chicken or alternate source of fat. When I did my first show, I distinctly remember eating a boiled chicken breast with flax seed oil on it. It took me an hour to get it down.
