so.
LONG story short.
5yrs ago i was a fat sack of crap.... 270lbs!!!!
i joined the gym, fixed my eating, and dropped 103lbs. that took well over a yr to do.
then 2 yrs after that i wanted more tone and shape.....
then the last 2 yrs i have been training heavier, eating for more size, and my dr put me on HRT (i was insanely low!)
so now im sitting pretty at 244 lbs at around 16ish % body fat.
my top 4 abs are somewhat visible - but im hairy as hell too.that doesnt help .my shoulders still show seperation, etc etc..
so i've decided to do my first show. and im WELL aware that dieting for show/prep is a much bigger beast than just trying to lose weight....im WELL aware.
but - i dont know anyone locally i can work with that can start me off in the right direction.... i know changes will have to be made as i go and i dont know how the body will respond as i change - but no one does the first time through and it's a learning process just like everything else.
i posted up on another forum and got nothing but atttitude and lack of help. though, chicks who posted they wanted a diet to do bikini shows - got lots of help.
during contest prep i will be running
test enenthate (prescription, 800mg/week)
EQ (600mg/week)
Tren (75mg EOD? still researching dose)
winny the last 8 weeks
halo the last 6-8 weeks
and i have arimidex and nolvadex on hand to control estrogen issues if they arise.
PCT isn't a concern as im on HRT for life.
this will be my biggest diet yet, and biggest cycle.
i'd like to hear from those that have competed and dieted down for show if possible
