You should see me now though. Probably right back up to about 12% bodyfat at 200lbs. Look like shit. But, I guess that's life.

I hear you bro, I am same height and competed at 180lbs 4.5% 3 weeks ago and weigh 230lbs today, so much water I've got fat chick ankles....oh well

No offense taken. I know my face made me look like a complete jackass. But, one of the judges commented I was a little too light during prejudging so for the night show I just smeared it on. Kinda look like Rambo. He, he. Thanks man.

Thanks bro! Yeah, it was in Belleville, Michigan. Not that great of a show though really. You didn't miss too much. Dennis James and Dexter Jackson guest posed though which was pretty cool. I live in Cinci though so I'm not sure when I'll be back up in that area.

I was actually out in front of my hotel room. But, yeah I did have some crazy looks from people driving by. Even had a little teenage fan club watching me. I felt like a star, lol. Not quite.

LOL. Nahh man. Just took some photos before the evening show outside my hotel room and a few more pics back at the hotel that night before heading back home. My fiance took some pics of me onstage at the contest but she was too far back in they didn't turn out very good. But, just think if the show was at my house I could have easily taken 1st place!
