To be honest, the diet had him being somewhat anti-social and cranky. lol I bet he's not been posting post-show since he's likely been spending most of his time eating. :lmao:

He posted he was up 25lbs in one week!!!!

Almost fell of my chair after that one......LOL

Thats a lot if food. :)

Yeah. He told me that as of tonight he was up 26 pounds from Saturday. lol Then he told me what he'd eaten this afternoon and I could have fallen off my chair too. I think he had more calories in an hour than I have on a normal day. lol He deserves it though for the self-discipline it took for him to get to where he was. It was competely admirable and amazing. I know he put himself through so much to get there and damn, he looked fab on stage.

He wants me to do a compete I figure at the April show. We'll see.

What I think he really deserves credit for is that he wa about 15 pounds heavier than at his show last spring-- and he was just as lean. That's pretty nifty.
 
Awesome.

Damn, a lean fifteen pound gain in one year? That's very impressive, especially for an experienced lifter. :eek2:
 
WOW~! Thank you guys (and Raina for starting this thread)! Yes, I've been missing in action; that's the way it goes with precontest dieting. Same way back in April for my first show, I just was too hungry/cranky/anti-social to post much anywhere! But now THE MUSTARD IS BACK! :D

As I type I'm exactly 30.0 lbs. up from Saturday. I resemble nothing like the svelt 5'3" handsome boy on stage in the bright lights LOL

I posted pics on Anabolex--they're not from the show itself (I haven't gotten those back yet), but they're digital cam pics of me the following day after pigging out the night before. If I had Platinum membership I'd post pics here. :(
