Concoction of supplements = SAFE???

I take a lot of supplements and others in the morning/afternoon/evening I was wondering is it safe for me to take all these things all together like I have been? Can it be dangerous to take any of these vitamens or minerals in excess? In the morning and once in the evening I would take something like this:

Vit C 1000mg
R-ala 200mg
Cranberry Juice extract 2 pills
MegaMan Multivitamen 1 pill
potassium 300mg
magnesium 500mg
Taurine 2000mg
Levorex 3 pills
Tylers liver 2 pills
Winstrol 25mg
T3 12.5mcg
Clen 100mcg

Your fine, I'm taking all that minus the T-3. I have a nutrition book that tells me the levels of toxcity of vitamins, so I k now not to go over that amount.

You can go to askjeeves or something and search for amount of mg for a vitamin to become toxic. As long as your below that ur good
 
No you're not, Vitamin C has to be over 10grams per day to get anywhere near toxic levels. Not sure why you're taking so much Taurine. Winstrol and Clen and T3 be careful with though
