Aw man am I shagged!! 3 hours of sparring! I'm fcuked!! I was so shagged I ended up picking em off again! Oh well... I had to do 5 rounds with only 45 seconds rest between rounds. Was bloody hard. Especially after a shit ton of drills and themed sparring. I ate before during and after then came home and ate more! I'm aching like a mofo right now and I know I'll be stiff tomorrow. Hot bath and early night for me. Then I'll be going for a li'l walk tomorrow, do some stretching in the park. Monday I'm kickboxing in the PM and I'll be finding myself a gym in the am. Lol there are three that I have friends in but there's one 300 yards from my house!! I think I'll join the one near me and train with my friends once a week. A different friend each week, lol.

Dont be afraid to eat during the sessions bro. It will keep you fueled up and you wont be so wasted at the end.

Yeah I was the only person eating, everyone else just had isotonic glucose drinks. I could only manage very small amounts of pasta/rice/quinoa but it certainly kept me fuelled nicely. That's one advantage I have, I can eat as much as I want, I don't have to make weight
Although I would like to come in at 220lbs @ 10% BF or less.
I had a chilled day today, went for a walk, loosened off some but I'm still stiff from yesterday.
Tomorrow I'm hittin the gym and gonna include a nice long bike ride for the ole cardio stamina. In the last few weeks before the fight I plan to reduce time on the bike sessions and increase intensity very last week before I ship out I'm gonna take everything nice and easy and eat a shit load of carbs.
