Agreed - I have made probably 5 or 6 orders of wtbm this year and every time at least one of the bags had a broken seal and leaked powder everywhere. I dump them in tubs when I get them also.

The bags suck and make us look bad because the packaging looks bad. At one time the bag was the best and cheapest way to get protein out to customer in the mail... We are looking at new containers and have one already tested and we will begin R&D on that new protein tub presentation probably in about 7 days. These are containers that are meant to seal tight, look cool, be reusable and most important of all, ship small and tight in the UPS boxes we are using now. We will be moving to 7.5lbs containers, that are smaller and tighter than what you see at the Supplement Store Shelf right now.

SOLID!!! The new look is very original and sharp.

One quick comment: Since you are updating everything it would be cool to get rid of some of the stuff in the store that has been at of stock for a long time. It kinda clutters it up and pulls attention away from the in stock products that are ready to ship. Im thinking specifically of things like Thiomucase, N2 MIX, Acnetame, Vicodene, Ass Lightning.

Every time you just rip pages off your website, Google penalizes you. We have to drop those pages from the cart, without removing them for a while. It is a process we are working to get just right.

There is a new store coming, new improved look. You guys will be real happy with it when we have it up in a couple of weeks.

Just a thought since the jug will be reusable and you know what customers purchase what. When the jugs are released ship the first protein order with a jug making a note that its reusable and when the customer reorders ship in bags to put in the jug. Saves you lots of money and you can sell empty jugs just like the shaker cups separately. It would cut down costs and be more enviro friendly and I. Sure customers would appreciate a reusable protein container god knows how many we all have thrown out over the years.

The only problem I see with that is it doesn't solve the issue with bags being punctured or the seal being open during shipping then having protein spill everywhere when you open the shipping package. I think that's one if the reasons why they're switching to containers. It was posted in the thread earlier.

Yeah I saw that earlier I have never had that issue. But still look at the cost savings of reusable containers while continuing to ship bags minus the small amount of damaged product during shipping which will invariably be used anyway chock it up as acceptable loss and the production cost would still show a savings.

New Store live right now!
