Clen to maintain gains

I have always known that clens burn some fat but I heard somewhere recently that they can help maintain size as well as strength gains. I heard taking it with glutamine during clomid therapy is a great idea. Is there any truth to this? Because I was going to do some clens later in the summer but if this is so than Ill be doin them next week

Also has anyone had success doing it any other way than 2 week on 2 week off because I did this and did not get as good results as hoped in the past

Lastly, has anyone used generic clomid that is .40mcg. I know of one guy selling it and I wanted to know if it was any good
 
on keeping strength you are correct clen even has some strengh increases that mimic an anabolic like primo
 
bump for morning guys and afternoon guys. Like to know about different cycling as well due to I am going on clen in a few weeks
 
I'm convinced clen helps to maintain gains. I've taken it after cycles, and I don't loose much weight, then when I stop the clen, I loose a couple more pounds.

It never made sense to me, but I was always under the impression that Clen burned fat and maintained muscle. If anything I heard that you gain muscle on clen and not lose. Any other comments would be greatly appreciated
 
From what I've read during research, clen has anticatabolic properties for something like 14days. After that it only functions on fat burning for a time after that. That is what I've read. I can offer you no real world experience though. So more bros should ring in soon though.
 
Wow, Clen is probably the most misused and misunderstood drug in Bodybuilding aside from T3.

Clen does have mild anti-catabolic properties and Nutrient partioning properties but those aren't the real reasons to use clen.

After a cycle, you're energy levels are very low and getting to the gym is a pain in the ass. You need a boost. The best way way to maintain LBM is to train hard and to eat a shitload of food.

The problem is, Post cycle, you feel like shit, and you consuming too much food will make you fat.

This is where clen comes in, It's a very good stimulant and strength gains in the gym post cycle are common. It also allows to eat large amounts of food without getting fat.

Start slow with clen:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal
gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
 
I use clen post cycle everytime and it maintains strength and mass gains while raising your body temperature which in turn burns fat. Here is an example of my post cycle therapy I usually only lose the water weight with this routine.

A Enanthate(8 weeks)/Equipose (10 weeks)cycle I will use as the example:

After my last inject I go a week without using anything. Then I start my Clen,Glutamine,and Creatine. I cycle clen just as you would if you were starting a clen only cycle, start with one and work your way up. 20g of Glutamine and Creatine each day mixed in with a protein shake. I use only these three for another 2 weeks until I begin my clomid. Starting week 4 after my last inject I stop the Clen and add in Clomid,Tribulus Terristis,DHEA and Chrysin. Keep in mind I am still using the Creatine and Glutamine. I then use the Clomid, Tribulus,DHEA,Chrysin,Creatine and Glutamine until you are done cycling your Clomid.
Keep in mind you have to keep your Calories and protein intake up or this post cycle routine is almost useless.

Using this post cycle routine I lose most water weight but very minimal lean muscle mass. I lose a bit of strength after stopping the clen but nothing to drastic. I also avoid most of the "crash" after coming off. This is just my experience with this routine some may not agree but it works for me :)
