CKD started today - will I have loose skin?

kentucky

I just started a ckd today, now I'm starting to question it. I'm 6', 190, don't know my bf, but i'd say it's pretty high. I wear a 34" waist (if that helps)...and I only have fat in my gut.

My question is, If I continue to work out (I have only been doing so for 1 month), and start this CKD, will I have loose, saggy skin - from losing the weigth too fast?, I don't have stretch marks or anything, I just have the gut that pubert left behind.

thanks for all that you guys do.

I wouldnt worry about it. I went from 193 lbs. to 173 lbs on a ckd just recently, and there's pretty much none. Tanning and keeping the skin lotioned if its dry should help it bounce back anyway. You should do fine.

Bro......you're gonna love the CKD. I have been on it this time for 6 days and I have already lost over 4 pounds with increased vascularity and hardness. As long as your macro levels are on point and your training is intense enough, you wont have to worry about the "skinny-fat guy " look. If you have ANY questions about a CKD or training on a CKD, PM me. I am a CKD Moderator at another site so I am pretty well versed on the CKD.
