Leg Extension 5x12=120
Leg Curl 5x12=100
Standing Calf Raise 4x12=40
Seated Calf Raise 4x12=100

60 minutes cardio

meet with trainer
call sister cause it is her bday
playdate for kids
invite in laws over tonight

Soooo, new diet next week, it is a goooo September 16th!!!!!! Competition Day. Practiced posing, now I have to fill out all the registration forms. I learned the quarter turns, walking on an off stage and front bicep. I pretty much look like there is something shoved up my butt when I am walking LOL.

I am excited!!! now off for Cardio!!!!!!
