Trainer day! gave her the music last week, got to set up another appointment to go over posing and another program and diet. I realize it is that time of the month again, and I was sick, but shouldn't my weight be going down?????? just venting out loud, I know my trainer will reveal all :)

Monday - Arms & Shoulders
Hammer Curl 4x12= 30
Barbell Curl 5x12 = 55
French Press 5x12=45
Skull Crusher 4x12=40
Military Press 4x12 = 50
Rear Delt Flye 4x12 = 50

m1
2 eggs
6 melba toast
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 grapefruit

m2
can o tuna
6 melba toast
1/2 cup of blueberries

m3
can o salmon
1 cup of milk
two whole wheat bread
1 grapefruit
carrots
cucumber

m4
tsp of pb
two whole wheat bread

m5
chicken
rice
green beans
1/2 cup of milk

m6
melba toast (again)
1/2 can of tuna

If you look when I was dieting down.. my weight would go up sometimes.. and then there would be a 3-4 pound drop.
Glad to hear things are coming together. Don't worry about the weight... That's your trainer's responsibility! :heart:
