Yeah well I've only had one guy tell me I'm cute when I'm mad.. the rest know enough to back away.. far... far away and let me hit the gym ;)
The known temper behind the Red hair and being Dutch sometimes comes out... Though I'm pretty good about controlling it now I just pull the shot gun out...

Standing Cable Press Down 5 x 12 (can't do won't be going to the gym)
bent over Row 5 x 12 = 30
Supermans 5 x 12

60 minutes treadmill

plan:
a full day with kids, not sure where it is going to take us but I know it will be fun.

you lie on your tummy and raise your arms and legs up. They are a pain but I think they are working.

I have a lot of lower back issues so she is trying to strengthen my lower back. I do a lot of core exercises and lower back exercises a long with my workout. I guess I should be posting them :)

Another coincidence.... I've done those a lot to in the past. Physical therapy twice over my back. I now just do hypers and pelvic tilts.
